Engr. Md. Badlur Rahman Khan is a Bangladeshi engineer, entrepreneur and political figure who has built his career largely from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, since relocating there after his engineering studies at Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET).

His professional path has moved through aviation — representing Biman Bangladesh Airlines and GMG Airlines as GSA Director in Kuala Lumpur — into travel and tourism, insurance, currency exchange, human resource consultancy, and education leadership as Chairman of Moname International College.

He is also a recognised political figure within the Bangladeshi expatriate community in Malaysia, serving as President of the Malaysia chapter of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) — a role in which he represents the party and speaks for the interests of Bangladeshi nationals living abroad.
